At Paws and Pastries, we're on a mission to combine our love for baking and our passion for animal welfare. Founded by Emma Ottley, our bakery donates a portion of every sale to Gwinnett Animal Welfare center s, helping us support our furry friends in need.     About Me

    Hello, my name is Emma Ottley, a high school student attending North Gwinnett High School. Ever since I have heard the story of Laika, the Russian dog that was sent to space against her will and died shortly after, I have felt a strong passion and emotion towards animals who are suffering. This exact feeling has motivated me to start this passion project and help animals in need while also pursuing my interest in baking. With every baked good that is purchased, a portion of the proceeds will go to an animal shelter . Thank you for helping save animals with me!

    Pets have become a major part of many people’s lives. Pets enrich human lives in countless ways, from companionship to physical and emotional support. Helping animals in need ensures many people can experience the joy and benefits of owning a pet.
